Project deposits

Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Refund eligibility depends on delivered work, accepted milestones, and the terms of the applicable statement of work.

Retainer cancellation and refund terms are defined in the relevant service agreement.

If there is a billing issue, contact us promptly so we can review the matter in context.
